How are the confections shipped?

Our products are insulated with polystyrene foam and, when necessary, ice packs. You can get all the shipping information here.

Can I select local pick up if I live in the St. Louis, MO area?

Yes! Our commercial kitchen location is currently located in the O'Fallon, MO area. We are more than happy to accommodate pick-up options at this location for our local friends who want to receive their orders sooner (and avoid shipping fees)! Please only select this option if you are available to pick up your order within 72 hours after your order being processed (2 business days). You can read more about order timelines here.

Is delivery an option?

For our custom order and event orders, yes! We’ll bring your confections straight to your event, ready to be devoured by your guests. If you would like to inquire about a custom order or an order for an event, please reach out here.

Do you cater events?

Yes! Jerry will work with you personally to come up with the perfect chocolate confections that will be sure to make your event a hit. We’ll even deliver the day of (in the St. Louis and surrounding areas) to ensure they’re getting the freshest product available. Can I customize my order?

Why does it take 2 days before you can ship my order?

Our first and foremost concern is that you’re receiving the freshest and highest quality product possible. To ensure this, we make our products to order and never mass produce. It takes us 2 days to process and make your order prior to shipping them to your door! Read more about order timelines and shipping here.

I have an idea for a chocolate confection, where do I send it?

I have a nut allergy, are your nut-free products safe to eat?

It’s better to be safe than sorry and we don’t recommend it. While no nuts are used in the creation of your nut-free product, we do process all of our goods in the same facility and can’t guarantee it didn’t come in contact with nuts at any point.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for products received.
